I would not give even one.
They lie. Bought earbuds for 26£ after not hearing from them for 3 days emailed company. Straight away got product cancellation notice and refund noticed. I asked them why they have cancelled and answer was: that they could not stock product. So went on their website where it was still showing IN STOCK. Send them another email with screenshot asking why they lie. They didn’t get back to me. Chased answer day after. They have change price of product on web site to nearly £80 and still showing In Stock.
They made a mistake by misinformed customer, cancelled order and lie.
Asked for compensation in difference of priced they I have paid and retail price so I can get them from other retailer. They refused.
Highly not recommend
As an addition - Mistake was not my fault and product Should still be send to me !

Fast shipping of item, good website.
Fast shipping of item, good website. I ordered a camera kit via the website. Very professional website, with prices in my currency and clear information that they ship abroad, without the addition of English VAT. Very professional order confirmation with tracking info. The package was sent by UPS, I received it a few days later. Everything ok, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend Clove to others all over the world.

Bought a Sony Xperia 1iii from Ireland
Bought a Sony Xperia 1iii from Ireland, although they kept me updated with delivery delays they did not disclose the extra charge of 300 Euros upon delivery. This is 1/4 the value of the product. On enquiry, the feedback was that they were not obliged to disclose the extra amount. This is the first time ever I have sent an item back with a massive disappointment. I think if you are ordering from within the UK this would not be an issue.

Quick and efficient
I ordered an Xperia 5ii, came in 2 days (despite a small issue that after all didn't delay their dispatching), along with the promotional headphones, which in other stores you needed to complete a code and wait for SONY to send them to you.
Fast responses in the email for the issue.
Overall 10/10, I can't believe why they have 2.9 here, but I've seen PS5 issues (which are global) or peeps not understanding what a hybrid dual sim is, so decided to buy anyways, and I am glad I did. :P

Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with! ordered the new Ps5 Mid September and had this on order for well over a month I then received an email stating a refund for the purchase amount there was no explanation no apologies or nothing!
After emailing them they then confirmed that the no longer can fulfill orders.
After pre ordering 3 games this has left me in a hole!
It is the way they go about their business I find shocking and no communications!
Make your own mind up after reading this!

Order Cancelled With Pathetic Excuse
Placed an order for 2x Playstation 4 Consoles. They took the payment and sent an email confirmation of the order. Then get an email an hour later saying they have been ''advised by the merchant banking services not to dispatch this order'' . They never issued a refund until I called up and asked what they are going to do. Rather go to Amazon, Argos, Currys or any of the big retailers.
Purchased a Nokia 8
Purchased a Nokia 8 on offer at the weekend, received an email today (Monday) stating that they had run out of stock even though they have processed my payment at the weekend. What kind of company in 2019 doesn't have stock counts/functionality enabled on their website? By not fulfilling this order means I means I missed out on an offer for a similar phone offer on eBay and will obviously lead to a delay getting a new phone. very poor and time wasting service.

Just pathetic and rude customer service. I received a smartphone with a defect and they tried blaming me for it. They gave me a refund but not the full amount. This company is a JOKE steer clear trust me. Use Argos or Very much more respectable and reputable companies. Don't believe them in what they say when they reply to this paragraph under hear they are liers and cowboys. I'm just trying to save honest customers from making the same mistake I did and that's shopping with COWBOYS!

Excellent information on website re when to expect a new cellphone into stock. Quick response to earlier email enquiry.
Product status showed recently a shipping from date which was precise. Shipping was with DHL, who I have previously used and was exceptional. Package left U.K Monday and was being received at my door at 0933 Thursday morning.
I will DEFINITELY use Clove Technology for future orders.

purchased a smartphone in 2016. the website clearly stated 2 year warranty. I now need a repair to the smartrphone only to be told the warranty is 12 months.
be very careful if you plan a purchase from this company. I would not recommend any purchase from these charlatan.
take screen prints of a purchase so your not done over!

I wanted to buy Sony xz premium from sony then the bank called me telling me its a fraud. Couldn't believe my eyes because it is approved by sony. I have seen your answer but the problem is that the bank told me you guys wanted 9,000 dollars. I contacted clove and i am waiting for an answer now, but i am really sad now because i cant use my card now and i really wanted the phone.
A superb Company
I was so impressed with the sales staff and communication I received last year from Clove Technology that I have often recommended them to friends. Two days ago my S7 Edge developed a screen problem. I e-mailed Clove and, as expected, their response was again quick and helpful. I'm so pleased I purchased the 'phone from them and would not buy such products anywhere else but Clove Technology in future.

great price on Moto g mobile
i ordered a white Moto G 3rd gen mobile for my wife and wanted it to be available as sim free. Clove info page told me what i needed to know re the fact their mobiles are all factory unlocked and uk ready. it was best price i could find for this model and came within 2 days of being ordered. My wife is very, very happy with her smart white new mobile phone.

Excellent Price Sony Z5 Compact and Free Wireless Headphones
Very quick delivery as stated on their website. Phone was a UK spec Sony Xperia Z5 Compact at pretty much the best price available for Unlocked Sim Free New phone in the UK. They also had the free Sony Bluetooth headphones offer with this phone that nowhere else in the UK seemed to offer at launch. Have just received these - excellent given as Sony don't supply the freebie in ear handsfree any more with the newer phones it seems.
Stay away from clove.
I have lost €40 euro dealing with the "Clove" company. Was just trying to buy the samsung galaxy note 4 phablet and never got it at the end. Got the refund after waiting for 2 months and losing 40 quid on that transaction.

I got it sorted at the end.
Clove gave me a voucher for the amount that I lost and it ended all good.
